Gotta set the narrative. Trump is holding a rally in Georgia tomorrow (obviously to help with down ballot races), and as soon as it was announced the poll-watchers starting saying "Well if Trump is going to Georgia this close to the election, it's obviously not a good sign." This poll helps set the narrative that Trump is desperate to hold on to even solid GOP states

I live just outside of Cobb county. And work in CObb county.
County went blue in 2016. USed to see pretty equal parts Hillary/Trump signs.
Now its 20 to 1 Trump. Best part is reading local news twitter and such seeing the Dems get so excited seeing these poll results.

Trump has not lost his base since 2016, and has only gained support. There is also no way Biden has somehow been able to increase his base 5-10 percentage points higher than what Clinton had.
