Will Ron actually go strong against illegal immigration?
Take us back to energy independence and ignore this “green” bullshite?
Go hard against the DOJ and FBI?
Back off of this interventionist stance internationally?
Pull us out of the Paris Accords and push NATO and the EU to handle their own business?
Try to walk us back from WW3 with Russia?
Stand up against China?

I know Trump isn’t compromised and I know his stance on these issues. Plus he has an axe to grind. I HOPE Ron would do the same but as good as he seems he is a lifetime politician and we’ve had plenty of GOP types tell us what we want to hear and then don’t do any of it. Trump actually tried to deliver but was blocked by Dems and his own party.

'96 F350 with the original 7.3 powerstroke turbo diesel. Camper top on the back so there's room for us to snuggle up under the stars in a double bed air mattress. Can't be shy when you're committing sedition, or whatever the FBI calls it these days.

Among non-politicians, I think Vivek could have a bright future. I know everyone here says he's a globalist Soros plant or whatever. Maybe he is, maybe everyone is, in which case it doesn't matter, who knows.

I would also be very interested in seeing Tucker get involved in politics in a serious way.

Among governors, besides DeSantis, I think Joe Lombardo has a very favorable profile. Governor of a "blueish purple" state, career in law enforcement, ex-military. I also think Youngkin is probably setting the stage for himself to run at some point in the future and he has a good case to make. He'd be finishing a second term in 2030, I think, setting him up well for 2032.

From the Senate, I could see Hawley, Vance, maybe Budd, maybe Rand trying again. Senators tend to struggle in presidential primaries though, generally speaking.

In the house, hell, there's too many to list. I think most all of them are egomaniacs, so any would want more power...

So if there’s all these great options out there, why must we go with an 80 year old who already lost to Biden?

Uh... what? Besides Vivek and DeSantis, who on that list is running in '24?

I've said at least a dozen times I'd like to see Vivek as Trump's VP. Maybe DeSantis's too... kind of hard to say on that. DeSantis would probably be better served by a Hawley or someone with some foreign policy background.

Is there anybody not named Trump that they don’t say that about? I’ve only heard Vivek a couple of times, but I was impressed with him on Mike Rowe’s podcast.

I don't know, dude, I'm just one voter. What do you want me to do? I've said positive shite about Vivek every time his name comes up here. Want me to send my wife over to service him?

You honestly don’t know why you prefer Trump over Vivek or DeSantis, but are set on voting Trump?

First primary/caucus isn't until Feb 5, 2024.

Now is the time to have these battles.

You were asking a general question about the electorate.

My voting in the MS primary is a LONG time from now. In all likelihood, Vivek won't even be in the race anymore, and it's entirely possible Trump or DeSantis won't, either, so I have no idea how I'll vote.

Damn son. I’d suggest letting us review some photographs of this so-called “wife” before you take that leap. Maybe we can send her on behalf of the entire board. Poliboard sweetheart.

So... my wife is a barely 5' Filipina... she loves Trump. On several occasions with all her filipino friends, she'd joke about "spending the night" with Trump.

One day when we had a large party at the house and she said that, I commented, "Trump likes tall white girls... you're short and dark as hell, so he'd probably take a pass."

Much laughter ensued. She was not as amused.

Trump will win because the simulation will choose the most interesting outcome.

Even the DeSantites, you've gotta admit...

What if Desantis picked up Vivek as his VP choice in 2024, with the understanding that Vivek is the next up and comer and the surefire republican candidate in 2032?

They're both younger guys and could feasibly usher in 16 years of conservative presidents

That’s the problem with you Ron-or-nothing guys: you want a battle. Trump is the clear favorite preferred by over 60% of republican primary voters. It’s insanity to think Ron can convince 30% of Trump supporters to abandon MAGA. It’s a losing battle you’re fighting.

I mean, that sounds great, and honestly it would take an entrenched generational period of time to significantly change the federal government... but I'm not sure that would even be possible in our current political environment. People are REALLY dumb.

So you want the debate to stop 9 months before the first primary ballots are cast because polls say Trump is ahead.

Get the frick outta here. lolzzzz

You're serious, aren't you?
