It’s not that complicated. Both Kamala and Hillary out raised Trump and still lost. Campaign coffers don’t always equal campaign victories.

It does, but it's not a 100% thing. There's a reason Massey's opposition threw so much money into the race. Campaign ads are huge in political elections. The more of them you can spit out, the more effective they'll tend to be, like any advertisements.
