Some say that he very well might be the world's richest man if we knew all of his hidden assets. I'm sure that Putin thinks he has done nothing wrong, either.

I was at an NNPC house party a few years back with *super* higher ups. The GM was also there and his henchmen told me that he was on the take for $0.10/bbl of oil that left the country. They exported 2.2M bbl/day at that time
So no doubt that Putin's side hustles blow that out of the water.

There was some fellow a couple of yrs ago claiming Putin had close to 200B ...this was some former Russian intelligence guy...not Ed at the coffee shop.

I would think it’s higher than that. These very big mining companies that are publicly traded fly plane loads of money to presidents of countries ALL the time!!! I “heard” of a situation where a company flew in a 737 cargo plane that contained 3.5 BILLION IN CASH. nothing but pallets of cash stacked from nose to tail! That was for the president so her would give this company mining and forestry rights!!!

I figured Putin could just help himself to any amount of money he wants from the country's entire economy so he probably does have access to more money than anybody whether it's his "net worth" or not
