I guess they were too busy making Tik Tok videos to get it done.

I didn't take what he said as statistics and data. It's anecdotal. Urgent Care workers are usually going to be the first to notice an outbreak though

Ask Dr fancy pants what he treats his patients with. My wife works at urgent care and they don't prescribe anything for pos test.

And about 90% are vaccinated there.

And how many of those had comorbidities that made them higher risk?

The data from the current variant suggests is that comordities are not as big a factor.

So, they aren't health care workers then.

It's amazing, we have thousands of reports from actual doctors who treat with a myriad of things, HCQ, Ivermectin, etc... but then there are soem hospitals are treat this flu, like it's cancer.

And, what are the demographics? Are these your typical, "go to the Hospital for routine illnesses like the flu" types?

Give us legitimate data. Numbers, statistics, demographics, comorbidities. These facebook posts aren't adding anything other than more uncertainty.

You, leftists, have caused all of this. Your over-politicalization of a disease is the reason no one is buying anything from anyone. "a friend of mine knows a dr. that said" = automatic dismissal.

So now, the pro shot crowd is left with the burden of giving us all of the information in order for us to make our own decisions. That's really, what i'm waiting for at this point.

I'm not trying to convince you of anything. Just passing along what I was told by people who are around covid patients a lot more than I am. When a hospital worker and an urgent care worker are both telling me they are both personally seeing a huge spike in cases (with the majority being unvaccinated), I take that as it's spreading a lot more now and people should probably get the shot. Your choice though.

What are some of the comorbidities? Do they regret not taking better care of their weight, diabetes, HBP, etc.?

I've heard the same from a friend who works at the BR General.

Nope

My wife is a respiratory therapist there and works in the covid unit. She's says the cases have increased but it's not a major surge, at least not at the moment. She also says a good amount of the covid patients have been vaccinated.

Well, per the WAFB report, there are 2000 vaxed people with covid again. So that would mean, there are 98000 people in the state, if the 98% admissions are consistent among all hospitals, with covid.

Can anyone tell me where the patients that used to go to Earl K. Long for every minor symptom, go to now?

My friend doesn't either. When I got it he gave me a few samples of basically flu type medicine to help with the symptoms, but that's it.

He did tell me he had to call EMS for a covid patient for the first time the other day due to his oxygen level being so low.

I don't know what the death rate is. I do know that refusing a vaccine for a virus that has killed over half a million people is prime Darwin award material.

There is a bit of a spike for sure and yeah anecdotally, they’re predominantly unvaccinated.

They all fit the previous index of patients, though. Overweight and/or old and mostly AA.

It’s not anywhere near as bad as the summer spike last year though.
