It is a US territory. If it had been a Mexican flag, I would get the backlash, but not this. Being upset about make believe offenses is SJW shite. Just for clarity, I'm MAGA and want a wall...just not between the US and our island territories.

Why not the State of Florida flag then? Excuse me but the Super Bowl is being played in Florida, not Puerto Rico.
Shakira didn't have the Colombian flag. Why not the Cuban flag? More Cubans in Miami than Puerto Ricans.

Florida is its own state, it's not Puerto Rico north, even though Puerto Ricans would like it to be that.
Oh and just so you know Miami is far more Cuban than Puerto Rican. Puerto Ricans are more located in Central Florida and NYC.
So shouldn't it have been the Cuban flag if you want to represent the local culture?

I'll repeat my comment from the deleted thread: It was one-side of a coat. The other side was the American flag. I'd argue the symbolism of that goes against your primary complaint in the deleted thread.
And Jennifer Lopez is of Puerto Rican descent.

And the Super Bowl is in Florida, not Puerto Rico. A lot of us who live here in Florida are tired of just being looked at as Puerto Rico north.
Heck even my local congressman (A Democrat) is more concerned about representing Puerto Rico than he is representing his district here in Florida. It gets old.
