No, it wasn't and you're being ridiculous. The performing artist has a connection to Puerto Rico. WGAF that the flag was on TV (along with the US flag) for a small segment of the overall performance. I could maybe get this melt if it was just the PR flag, but a two-sided coat that puts the PR and US flag together is an usual thing to melt over.

She literally had no reason to have it in there. The game is being played in Florida, not Puerto Rico.
Unlike what you want to believe, Florida is its own state. We are not Puerto Rico north.

Exactly. Shouldn't the Colombian flag have been in there as well? Lets add the Cuban flag as well since Miami is far more Cuban than it is Puerto Rican.

Yep, lived near Kissimmee for awhile which has the biggest Puerto Rican community in the U.S. outside of NYC. I live west of Orlando now but still pass that area occasionally going to the airport.
