This closing has absolutely nothing to do with blacks, thefts, the economy, etc like you are claiming. It closed because the Publix was a major pain in the arse to get in and out while having to Park your car in a parking garbage which hurt the store’s sales.

Did you really just pull out of your arse that the reason they closed was due to black people? You’re a fricking retard

I was gonna say it was already bad when I moved away from there in 2009. Fine during the day, for the most part, but not a place to be at night.

Lenox is bad. Phipps is fine. People too lazy to walk across the street.

Back in the day, Brothuh Jessie would say “Parity, not Charity”

If he had any marble left in his head, today he’d say “Reprashuns, not Robry”

I wonder when anchor store IKEA will close up and move out to greener, less fatigued, pastures?

You’d be surprised. The clientele frequenting that place are not the ones that cause fatigue.

Phipps is fine because the shops all have guards at the front and appointments-only, whereas last year they did not.

Can't blame them...

Tom Fords and Carteier are the only shops I use in that pit.

When the city demanded section 8 housing in that exclusive area, everybody knew.

You can’t DEI people into success, no matter how hard you want it to happen.

Publix doesn’t mess around. Every store in “certain areas” of Jax have a cop or two on duty patrolling the entrance

It's marketing-speak for "the ghetto crowd is moving in, so the upscale businesses are moving out and being replaced with lower-scale businesses."

How to Book
To book an appointment, it is best to visit the specific store's official website or call them directly. Most stores have an online booking feature and their contact information listed on their store locator page.
The main Phipps Plaza guest services desk can also be reached at +1 404-262-0992 if you need general mall information.

That would suck to want to go shopping and browsing and have to make an appointment.

My daughter visited NYC over the summer and was disappointed that they couldn't tourist shop at some famous places.

Okay, baller, maybe you don't need one. I don't either for the few shops I frequent, but the general public will...
