Second, there is a reason I moved out of Memphis. The whole city is a wasteland and it is all because of the population keeps voting in horrible Democratic Mayors. The crime is out of control, Cops are corrupt and lazy and the mid city crowd are delusional Progressives!

It's primarily all the white folks who live in River Oaks and Chickasaw Gardens. Plus, when the Germantown folks get bored, they go over into memphis and do crime and stuff.
