“The material Project Veritas Action Fund captured shows campaign workers covering up the true nature of spending of campaign funds and intentionally misreporting them. This violates the FEC’s rules against personal use and misreporting. It also violates Section 1001, making a false statement to the federal government. The FEC violations impose civil penalties, including fines of up to $10,000 or 200 percent of the funds involved. Violations of Section 1001 are criminal and include imprisonment of up to five years.”

Not really. Numerous people have been fired for his work. I’ve never seen his work proven 100% wrong. He does need to release entire videos though and not splice. That’s where he gets in trouble.

It was silly and childish to splice in the footage of O'Keefe and the girl dressed as pimp and hooker but no amount of spin changes the fact that Acorn engaged in an explicit conversation about gaming housing subsidies to facilitate the exploitation of underage sex slaves. The fact that the left really sees O'Keefe as the villain in that says all you'll ever need to know about them.

That would be hundreds upon hundreds of hours of footage. Thousands of hours, if they've multiple people doing undercover work. Editing footage into the juiciest parts is the only feasible way to present the footage.

When does any journalist for any news publication release entire transcripts for any investigations they perform.
There's no journalistic standard that requires that. The fake news media doesn't apply that standard so neither should veritas.
We need our own soldiers in this information war, and we need them to fight by the same rules as the leftists.
