Well good luck to you, my fellow Texan. I hope you don't get Caddyshacked on the 18th hole.

The birth rate of anchor babies have been in a sharp decline since 2006. The birth rate of American Hispanic women ages 15-44 has dropped over 20% since 2006. Hispanic growth rate in the 90’s was at 5.8% annually. From 2010 to 2014 it dropped below 2.4% a year. Anchor babies born in 2014 was around 295,000. That is not just Hispanic, but all ethnicities. Asian and Canadian anchor babies have been on a sharp increase over the last 10 years, but it is just easier to blame it on the Hispanic population.

Hispanic population is no longer the fastest growing minority Asians have now taken over that rate.

With anchor babies there are many negatives. The one positive I see with anchor babies is they will have a social security number so they will pay taxes and into SSN.

You're right, but will get lots of downvotes from the Trumpie mouthbreathers anyway.

Yes, it is within the purview of the executive branch to enforce the law. If the executive branch issues and executive order which is directly contrary to the language of the statute he is statutorily bound to enforce, the court will overturn that executive order. This is not complex stuff.

That wasn't our conversation. You said the court would rule he did not have the power to issue the EO:

SCOTUS would likely rule on the much narrower issue of whether the President can issue an executive order in direct contradiction of an existing statue.

The ruling will be based on his wording and how it applies.

If the language is wrong and the SCOTUS shoots it down, we have our partial answer.

I've not seen anything here or elsewhere regarding a statute guaranteeing birthright citizenship for all.

I linked 8 USC 1401 which is the federal statute outlining citizenship standards. It uses the same language as the 14th. I don’t see where that language is further defined but I haven’t a ton of time to look.

We put a few hundred square bales in the oft each year for horses, etcetera, but this is all round bales for cattle.

My usual crew is hard at work beside me. Rogelio is pulling a chain harrow in the next field with the 7410, and Juan is working in the barn.

But 150 bales isn't a lot of acreage. Small operation?

All things are relative, I suppose. That is about 2/3 of this meadow. We waited to cut the last two blocks due to the impending rain.

We have four more meadows waiting to cut, when we get past the rain. They are kind of scattered around the county. Unfortunately, it has been raining solid for two weeks until this week, so the hay is getting over-ready. It would have been really nice hay two weeks ago. Now, it will feed them for the winter, not much more.

This is actually not a good year. We are about 30% behind average production, due to the lack of rain earlier in the year.

Congress can pass an amendment any time it wishes you ignorant troll, you know, kind of like the 14th.

Congress has passed a number of amendments in both houses that are still yet to be ratified dating back about 230 years.

So I hope you just accidentally omitted the fact that Congress does not have the exclusive authority to ratify an amendment because that would be pretty ironic if you didn’t know that yet still insulted him.

Well aware, just setting a bit of bait for what I know will be his response, I have never seen anyone post as much nonsense claimed as "fact" as ole AggyHank.

His MO is make claims then when asked for a link or presented with the truth to slink off and hide.
