She wasn't good at her job + she couldn't handle the pressure. Trump made the right decision. She was also pretty fake. Just a disaster all around hire. Trump realized this and pulled the plug.
Hannity grilled her, and rightfully so.

I don't care about the whole lawyer thing. You don't need to be (and many weren't I think) a lawyer to be a press Secretary.
Did she misrepresent herself? I dunno, I haven't analyzed and cross-analyzed everything that was said, but it take it that she graduated with a law degree from a respected school, took a job in China that didn't require her to pass the bar. Did she do work in the US that would have required her to have passed the bar? I don't think so? Did she use a term to describe herself that should only be used if she passed the bar? I dunno, but if it wasn't done to intentionally misrepresent herself (like claiming to be Native American on a job/college application?), I don't really care very much at all.
However, I'm with the group that thought she did an awful job on that 1st press conference, she sounded awkward and lacked confidence - key elements for a communicator. That's what they failed to vet her for, and it was a major failure. I can see not looking into the lawyer thing, since it wasn't a job requirement, why go there?
