Spicer's stuttering through an interview with Wolf and keeps saying he won't "quantify" his statement instead of "qualify."

Both sides were prepared to use it, though. In 1943 a German air raid on the harbor of Bari, Italy hit a US cargo ship carrying mustard gas, which caused hundreds of casualties. Serendipitiously, research on the survivors revealed that mustard gas suppressed the lymphatic system, leading to a derivative of it being used as the first chemotherapy drug.

If you listen closely to his whole clarification, It sounds like he says "holocaust center" instead of concentration camp when trying to think of the word. Just a bad look all around
