Florida has been a majority mail vote system for years. They have processes for it by now. Any state that thinks they can simply expand absentee to all mail without having done it before is in trouble. It will be fricked up. Its just as to what degree.

You don't have to vote by mail. But, anyone who wants to vote by mail can after requesting a ballot. They have "no-excuse" absentee voting meaning you can absentee vote for any reason. This is in contrast to say Texas for example which only allows absentee voting for certain reasons.

Florida has measures in place to make sure that if you vote by mail you are who you are and you are flagged as getting a ballot through the mail on the voter roles so you are prevented from voting at the polls on election day and double voting.

He is making the media and Dems dig deeper because he just nullified the "Trump is against mail in voting" talking point. They don't want to dig in deeper because they know mail in voting varies by sate and blue state use it to cheat.
