Additionally, if we can't change it then he/they lied about the "2 weeks to flatten the curve" etc.

The plan can only do one of two things:
-to change the trajectory in a more positive manner for the country.
-to change the trajectory in a more negative manner for the country.
If neither of those, then it suggests that THERE IS NO PLAN AND HE WAS LYING...

What the frick is a plan supposed to do if not change the trajectory? The majority of Biden's frickin platform was stopping the virus. Now he says he can't. That isn't twisting his words, he literally said he would lock down the virus and not the country.
