If I really believed that the government throwing money at a problem would solve anything, I would get behind this as much as anything. The way it stands, the government is just a bloated piece of shite that can’t help but waste money.

Last year I saw the devastating effects of what poorly managed forests can do to to mountain communities. Maybe we can start with the simple things. Like clearing the underbrush and dead trees. The fires probably won’t be as bad if we did that..
