I included it in New England in my mind . I can’t remember back 50 years to social studies to remember if it is classified as New England or a mid-Atlantic state.

Sure, sure…

Go try to find a Wells Fargo or BOA in Toronto.

They don't allow a lot of US corporations to operate independently there.

Even Home Depot and places like that are heavily regulated as to their corporate ownership structure.
