Phony Rispone is like that old Temptations song, “Ball of Confusion”. Vote for me, I’ll set you free. He talks without citing how he is going to do things. He doesn’t want to debate JBE or talk in front of local business leaders. He is basically running away from the media and hoping that his voters blind faith in him brings him victory.
