WHO could have seen this coming?

Somebody placed a $275 million dollar bet yesterday on oil prices going up. They will investigate small potatoes insider trading but not the massive ones.

Literally child’s play for us.

Again we have to play Mr. Humanitarian for some reason.

The Iranians hit a Saudi Supertanker in the strait yesterday killing two Filipino sailors. That’s bound to slow down traffic through Hormuz even more. It was a pretty safe bet assuming it happened after the attack.

Idk if you gamble or not but most places don’t play 275 million dollar bets. So again id like to see more information on this claim.

I saw it in a Facebook reel, that had a chart with a purchase just before market close yesterday.

Not the most authoritative source and I don't know if you can access it.

Yep, but it does sell a lot of weapons. Thank God we are not leaving a vacuum.

What? Institutions gamble those amounts frequently.

What institutions? Be specific. Who took that bet?

I was impressed that a guy in my Facebook feed called his shot on things cooking off this weekend.

The basis of his prediction was that there was a trade involving 3,000 WTI contracts (which would be about $275 million) just before close of business.

I don't think you have EVER thanked me for digging things up upon request. You seldom even respond to them other than to insult me without interacting with the substance of the evidence I send you.

I'm not going to waste time, particularly on the cusp of LSU's greatest era of football excellence.

I hope you have a great weekend. Cheers

I made some Kalshi bets regarding WTI that may be stupid for various reasons. But, I have been watching so much political/economic doom that I don't think the powers that be can keep things humming.

Diesel/jet fuel is the real crisis on hand, though.

Yup. Give the Trump Administration credit for the smoke and mirrors, but the bottom is going to fall out over the next month.

Y’all been hoping and praying for that bottom to fall out for several months now. Maybe it’ll hit for y’all. I certainly hope and pray not myself, but that’s just me.
