He is an old man. Old men's extremities get cold faster than when they were 30. On top of that they bruise easily just from aging or potentially DOACs, which plenty of old people take, and they bruise if they breathe on themselves. Without more information, there is no reason to think anything other than he is old and exhibiting signs of being old.

This has nothing to to do with Trump, but rather the lady they superimposed Trump's head on. I watch her videos from time to time and she cooks up some solid looking down-home Mexican dishes. Worth a watch to learn some simple Mexican dishes.
