quote:Not sure about the legalities, but the best way to escalate a situation is to charge somebody, rip at their car door and yank them out.
Had the officer approached the driver without grabbing the handle of her car to pull her out, would the driver's response have been different.
Maybe.
Was the officer doing anything illegal when he did that?
Do you think that's the proper way to handle the situation?

You’re discounting it because that one fact destroys your entire three days of posting on this subject.

Neither of us has the full context for what was happening.
If you have a dumb, ideologically -opposed-to-law-and-order person obstructing the apprehension of a dangerous criminal, would that change the appropriateness of the officer’s response in your mind? You don’t have to answer. You’re not an honest person.
Did the lesbo take the proper course of action in response to the officer’s action?

All this crying but not a word about the obstruction of law enforcement across the country because you people support illegal aliens and hate the rule of law.

That’s a named source. What is your source to the contrary?

That’s one way to look at it.
Trump has a clear mandate to remove illegal aliens.
The left doesn’t like laws being enforced but only the laws on their list.
That makes no sense.
No. DHS is not responsible for the actions of others by doing their jobs.

I hope the list of people he can go after is large, and not just in MN. Like NYC because of their mayor having to put his snout into everything.

To answer your question, yes if a person you described was obstructing the apprehension of a dangerous criminal, an officer might not choose to be so cordial.

Did law enforcement do a toxicology report on the driver?
I know the police officer got tested as soon as he walked into the station.
I want to see her tox report.

We should presume ICE was on site for a reason.
