Not if he and her family followed our immigration procedures.
Ya know, kind of like the 65% of white Americans today who can trace than ancestry back to the period of the Great Migration (1890-1924)

Could you explain to me why you cheered that Good's actions had consequences
Nah.
These women FAFO'd. I don't cheer about Darwin Award winners. I acknowledge them.
Good antagonized these ICE officials all morning. She harassed them. Just as she's trained to do. Then she tried to run one over. That was her choice, not the agent's.
Her lesbian lover said, "This was all my fault." Except, it wasn't quite all her fault. Good shared the responsibility, but the ICE agent doesn't.

Doxxing should be illegal.

Isn't doing this now a Federal crime? Can he be charged for such?

Good antagonized these ICE officials all morning.
quote:Could you be more specific. What exactly did she do that you consider "harassing?"
She harassed them.
quote:She was never trained. That was hearsay from a mom of a child that went to the same school as her child.
Just as she's trained to do.

Witnesses have told NBC News that it didn’t appear Ross was in the direct path of Good’s SUV as she tried to evade ICE officers. Videos contradict Trump’s claim that Good “viciously ran over” Ross, showing that Good’s car didn’t knock him down and that his legs were to the side of the SUV as it moved by him while he fired.
quote:Her choice was to escape the overly aggressive officer that tried to open her car door and drag her out, instead of calmly proceeding with his duty.
That was her choice, not the agent's.
It doesn't help that both Trump and Noem lied about what happened.

A close look at the videos shows that Good’s car did not knock down the officer, whose legs were to the side of the SUV as it moved by him while he fired. The officer walked away from the scene unassisted. Noem said he was treated at a hospital and released.

She spun her tires. Then plowed right into him as he tried to jump to the side of her SUV. The sound of impact on his recording is unmistakable. It's so loud it masks the sound of the first gunshot. Had he slipped down at that point, instead of careening of to the side, he'd be dead now.

Is Kristi Noem going to be charged as an accessory?
#####
Though he is only now being unmasked, Ross's first and last name initially emerged after DHS Secretary Kristi Noem revealed the officer who killed Good was also 'dragged' by a car driven by a suspect he was apprehending last year.
The information was repeated by Vice President JD Vance in a statement on Thursday.
The specific details pointed to the June arrest of an undocumented immigrant and convicted sex offender, Roberto Carlos Muñoz. Court documents from his federal prosecution named the injured ICE officer as 'Jonathan Ross'.

I don’t get it. Are you disputing statistics? I know it’s not a strong suit for people like you but it is pretty well documented.

You don't explain the other choice which was to comply with the law enforcement.
You are encouraging violence against the officers.

Didn't she reveal the information that allowed anybody with an internet connection to determine his identity?

Do you take Ross' side because that's the side Trump and his administration has taken, or do you honestly believe it? Be honest, if you can.
I wouldn’t care if Trump came out against this shooting.
There’s a few separate questions:
1) Is the shooting legally defensible?
Given what we know at this point, I can’t see any way that the shooting was not legally defensible. Meaning that it was reasonable for the ICE officer to believe that he was in imminent danger of serious bodily injury.
2) Is the shooting morally defensible? This is a more dicey response. I’d still lean towards yes.
3) Is it a good thing that Renee Macklin Good Sheppard Ganger is dead? No. It’s not a good thing that she’s dead.
4) Did she die for a just cause? No.

You don’t know this. You’re repeating the hearsay from a different source.
