Politico: Trump approval ratings on the rebound

Following a low of 39 percent in the POLITICO/Morning Consult poll last month after his controversial reaction to the violent protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, Trump is back at 43 percent in this week’s survey. Other surveys show similar results: Trump bottomed out at 35 percent in Gallup’s weekly tracking poll in late August, but ticked up to 38 percent last week. Trump is at 40 percent in the RealClearPolitics average, up about 2.5 points from his low-water mark last month.

Still not good or great by any means, but it is positive momentum.
If the gasbag republicans in the senate can get through a decent tax bill, it could continue momentum.

Still don't care about polls but in terms of the narrative, if they are going up at all given the constant negative reporting the MSM does, it's a good sign for him.

Things to bring up his approval rating:
1- work a deal on DACA
2- declare Santa to be black
3- rename Thanksgiving as Family Holiday
4- Declare that Valentines days is a made up holiday to subsidize greeting card companies
5- tout the 2018 toyota Supra as a car to consider
6- Declare Russian vodka to be inferior to Ukranian vodka.
What else?

He got two huge hurricanes striking the US back to back. Most disasters make people sympathetic, and Trump was milking them for every flooded house he could.
If they are only 40-43 then he is still flooring.
