DJT is a reaction to the divide started by BHO and before.
We are all Americans and we need to start putting American's first. What is wrong with that?
The Leftist have to divide and conquer. That is their only hope to "Fundamentally Transform America" into a Globalist Socialist Oligarchy where we will all be 3rd world poor while they are the "Rulers".

Plaintiff always chooses the forum
you posted that as if he gets to choose any forum or this somehow is out of the Defendant's control (because you were trying to argue that this is more like civil court and not criminal court where Defendants gets more leeway). there are strict rules on the forums the plaintiff is allowed to choose AND the default is the defendant's domicile (for a reason. to help defendants)
you said that plaintiff also gets to choose the court. not really true (again, draconian rules on this). also Removal is more often a tool of the defendant (and they, technically, get to choose the court if they remove you)
and defendants can file to set cases for trial. plaintiffs don't get the exclusive role in this, either

You Googled plaintiff to argue with a lawyer.
Are you a lawyer or do you just play one on the internet?

Was it liberals who killed it?

I’m not a lawyer and I don’t play one on the internet.

The right is defending free speech while the left is trying to promote censorship, for one example

So here’s the quote you are defending. Do you agree with it?

I'm also not aware of a situation where the plaintiff dictates the scheduling, location, and format of a hearing.

No, progressives. The conservatives tried this in the 60s too. Some people don't learn from history
I think the demonizing of speech for the sake of being PC is extremely dangerous.

Didn't a republican president recently suggest loss of citizenship or jail time for anyone who burns/desecrates a flag?
Posted on 9/23/18 at 10:24 pm to TBoy
The court typically schedules the hearing by it's calendar
The location is set and outside the control of either party
The format is according to the procedure and local rules, not a party

Formally or off the cuff?

I’m sure this August body is of equal importance as the US Senate.

Seems like the outrage machine would have ran pretty hard with that. I don’t remember hearing that.
However a conservative can’t speak at a university for fear of violence. Even if he does brave it, the administration shuts it down. Those are legitimate examples. Got any others?

I can think of several situations. In any case with more than one available venue, plaintiff chooses the parish or court where the case is brought. If a claim with concurrent federal and state jurisdiction, such as a Jones Act claim, plaintiff chooses the court, venue and procedure. Also in a Jones Act case, plaintiff chooses whether to designate the case under admiralty procedures, controlling whether the defendant can request a jury. In the admittedly unusual case of whether a claim can be filed in a Louisiana state court as an ordinary proceeding or a summary proceeding, such as an unpaid wage claim, plaintiff chooses the nature of the proceeding, controlling the procedure and timing. If you are an attorney, you are familiar with these things, then you should have disagreed with the original statement as I did.
But I don’t claim to be an attorney on the internet.

It's very simple, come 2020 the Pizzagate Narrative will come full force and double down. They're going have to deal with children victim when they start to come forward.
