This is such bullshite by the way. My family lineage is immigrants doing manual labor. You either have class, dignity, respect, integrity, and work ethic, or you don't.

Privilege is a construct created by children of rich people who feel guilty because they didn't earn anything their parents gave them.

One of the biggest reasons for that is that trials take a lot longer now than they used to because defense attorneys file more bullshite motions and continuances and the trials involve more forensic evidence and are more tech-dependent.

The words "systemic issue" mean that the system has failed to meet its obligations to citizens. But citizens aren't entitled to anything you have applied those terms to.
