No, it's not. In fact it didn't even make it in to the impeachment articles. Why you ask?
Because there's no factual material evidence of it. Anywhere. From anyone.

If that was the case, then it seems counterproductive for Trump's counsel to have been fighting it at the House level.
Name a witness the Republicans asked for that was allowed and then look back at your post and see if it comes across as honest. If it does, then you’re so partisan that it’s not worth discussing with you.

You aren't even trying anymore.

Oh God, not you and your stupid questions...

This all boils down to the fact that texashorn feels Trump is lying and he feels Trump conducted quid pro quo.
No amount of evidence (or lack thereof) will change his feelings.

OP, if you haven't picked up on it by now given the daily explanations, kindly log off and don't come back until you get your head straight.
For everyone else, these trolls and mental midgets will do this if you attempt to answer this same question every single day:
They act as is they no comprende English and force you to reword and reword and reword and reword until you yourself have garred up the explanation into something unrecognizable. Don't fall for it, if they can't understand simple Engish, let that be their problem.
The OP question has been asked and answered 1,000 times, let him or her writhe in stupidity on their own.

Because it’s a scam and as soon as the demonrats don’t get the information they want they’ll stamp their feet for more witnesses?

I didn’t at first but I have since wised up.
I suggest you do the same.

No. But had they have performed their duties...
But you do make a good point. Even without all the info, dems decided to go forward.
Perhaps if there were a penalty for doing this for political points it would be reserved for actual high crimes and misdemeanors.

Good to see you admit you base your decisions on feelings and not facts.

Why do you leftie zombies hate questions that ask for clarification pertaining to a claim made by said leftie zombie?? Could it be that your whole point only works in the misty fog of talking points?

Not feelings... reasoning.

I agree, but its not just texhorn..it's all the leftie liberals.
How they cannot see this trait in themselves is amazing, imo.

You followed up my criticism of your stupid questions with two more stupid questions.
Bravo.

And you’re not beholden to post rationally or honestly. But we’ve all seen that already.

No, feelings. A person using reason and logic would look at the complete lack of any evidence of what Trump is accused of, how the House hearings were conducted, how the hearings were rushed, how the Judicial committee allowed zero factual witnesses, how the House did not vote to give a committee the power to subpoena, how the vote was rushed, how Pelosi held on to the Articles for over 30 days after said rush job, and come to the conclusion that this entire thing is utter bullshite.

I’ve said I think Trump is guilty of quid pro quo but shouldn’t be removed.
If you don’t like that, you can shove it.
