To put this in it's appropriate box, one should consider the presumed corollary:

"Lack of Belief in Hard Work is Black Ideology, and That is Assumed Transracially as Truth."

I can scarcely imagine a more bigoted, racist proposition being forwarded, sans incendiary language.

Is paying taxes a product of white ideology....because I would gladly stop paying them?

I hate to make it seem like I am defending this woman, but what she is saying seems to be taken out of context by OP with the title of the thread and the article. She doesnt appear to be saying that hard work is some racist and white made concept. She is saying that the notion that anyone can be succesful if they work hard, which is a common argument originating from opponents of her ideology (which she ignorantly labels as solely a white ideology), is not true. In other words, people who are not white have natural disadvantages that hard work cant always overcome.

I disagree with what she is saying, but she is not saying what the OP claims.
