Flying hours out of his way to Scotland to
run up a tab (Gov paid) at Trumps money losing hotel (twice) will only buy you so much love Mike. Sorry!

Authenticated. Not necessarily substantiated.
Not a lawyer. You get the point I hope. Trumpanzies, "you know, Pence lied for some reason?"

Pence on stand under oath. Did you write these notes contemporaneous with events? Pence, "yes". Are they accurate? Pence, "yes". Notes now substantiated.
I'm enjoying the pseudo-lawyering on here. The notes would only come in if Pence testified and an opposing party claimed or implied a recent fabrication. There is no other apparent exception at this point to the hearsay nature of the notes.

Larry Kudlow, on Fox Biz, just said Pence is absolutely right.

So Pence made this up and tricked the DOJ into indicting Trump on some counts?

This is why no one should afford your comments on this subject any weight at all. You don't understand at the most fundamental level how the process works, the rules at different stages of the process, or how to comply with them. The comment above is so off the wall and unresponsive to what was posted earlier, it's not worth continuing until you do some google work.

after they told him Pence didn’t have the authority to not certify the election.
THAT IS WHY CONGRESS LATER CHANGED RULES REGULATING THE VP'S ROLE IN THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE COUNT.

Just responding to those who said Pence made this up much later to cover his arse. That is preposterous. And we shall see how Pence handles this in the courtroom and it appears he may be a witness for the prosecution.

I don't care if you love Trump, hate him, or whatever. However, I do care about the Constitution and our institutions of government. And the fact of the matter is that if Trump's indictment were a civil case, it would be immediately dismissed as a matter of law - assuming that there is a federal judge out there who actually believed that justice is blind. While ultimately, Trump's outcome will come from SCOTUS in favor of Trump, the Trump indictment is some scary arse shiit because of the precedent it sets at the lowest level of a prosecution. Political disinformation (even if demonstrably and provably false) is protected speech - end of story. And if not, this country, including democrats, should be terrified.

Imagine being so desperate that you totally ignore your own people.
People are allowed to have differences of opinion. Why does Trump have to take Pence, or others, word or advice if he disagrees with him on the facts?

I'm not necessarily just picking on you. Just trying to bring a little perspective to the thread. Some lads in the thread are bringing their years of watching Law and Order and A Few Good Men to bear on this, making claims about what use contemporaneous notes are that are not remotely accurate.
I on the other hand have rigorously studied My Cousin Vinny, so you can take this to the bank.

They have the biased judges and dead lock for conviction blue jurisdictions. He will be convicted on all counts in DC. He may catch some favor in the Miami case. He will be held liable in his civil cases in New York. Not sure about Atlanta when that comes. The outcome of all this will have to be approved or not with the Supreme Court. I agree.

Boozie really gives a concise summary of the extent of the median understanding here of the legal process, every time he laughingly references ... "Sandman millions."
