Pelosi, won’t vote on 1 trillion bill unless larger bill is coupled with it?

Didn’t Pelosi originally threaten that she’d never bring up the smaller 1 trillion dollar bill for a vote unless the larger 3.5 bill was either passed first or coupled with it? What happened? Why did she buckle?

Thread title doesn't jibe with implication of post.

Is she now bringing the 1 trillion up for a vote as a stand alone?

OR

Is she not?

OR

Are they doing "deem and pass" where a vote for one is also a vote for the other?

Fine. We don’t need to pass either.

First off, the board doesn’t provide enough character space to adequately explain a title.
Second, she says she is bringing the 1 trillion dollar bill up for a vote this week. But a few months ago, she swore she’d never vote on the smaller bill unless the larger bill was passed or grouped with the smaller one.

Thanks

What about "deem and pass"? That was talked about a couple of weeks ago.

Pelosi is evil walking. She needs to pull a John McCain and go already.

She will have the votes. Two holdout moderate Democrats from Texas announced last night they will vote to pass it.

So what’s changed? Only a few days ago, Manchin said there was no way he’d vote for a bill that high and said we should slow down the process?

That's Manchin. Now I was talking about Pelosi's House.

I feel that if Manchin remains the only Democratic holdout in the Senate, it won't be long before he too joins the fold.

nancy is evil........and evil is ruled by the devil.

you can't spell devil without evil.........ironically, you need a D(democrat) to turn evil to devil. she fits that mold.
