I wouldn't think so because if the election is undecided she isn't speaker of the house. Even if it goes past January 21st, it wouldn't go to her. I think someone has previously pointed out it would go to Chuck Grassley.

It's not about Trump. He could have a hangnail and they'd still be talking about the 25th.
This is about normalizing the American public to what the 25th Amendment means so they can use it on Biden and hand the keys to Heels Up.

The federal elections are not all or nothing. It is incredibly unlikely that more than half of the House elections would still be up in the air by 1/3. In fact, it is pretty good bet that all congressional elections would be completed by 1/3/21. Besides, there is no requirement that the full House be seated in order to choose a Speaker.
If there are enough House elections completed in time for the Democrats to have 218+ members seated on 1/3/21, Pelosi can and likely would be Speaker of the House after the new Congress is sworn in.

It would be the President Pro Temp if there is no Speaker. Which could be Grassley or Leahy depending on the Senate elections

They won't need the 25th amendment. Biden just resigns at any time for any reason or dies; and Kamala is POTUS candidate and she chooses a VP. It is in the dems convention rules. If before Biden was official before convention-it went to the next candidate with the most votes-Bernie Sanders.
After convention the POTUS nominee title goes to Biden's VP choice. If they were to cheat & win (it won't happen) the same thing applies.

I haven't gone through everyone's comments just yet but, She can make more fake legislation that will get shot down and that's all she can do is try and become a distraction.

Doubtful, considering that the Speaker does not have a role in the 25th Amendment procedure until after VPOTUS and half the Cabinet declare that the POTUS is unable to discharge his duties, the POTUS responds, AND the VPOTUS/Cabinet reiterate their declaration to the President Pro Temp and the Speaker.
And even then, there are guidelines on how soon Congress must meet, and how long it has to make a decision.
There is not really any room for frickery regarding the 25th amendment from the Speaker of the House.

No. The 25th only references processes for temporary suspension of the POTUS's powers and the institution of the VPOTUS as Acting President. (Sections 3 and 4 at least. Sections 1 and 2 handle what happens when there is a vacancy for POTUS or VPOTUS due to death, resignation, removal, etc.)
The Speaker can be removed by whatever processes a majority of votes in the House decide. Technically speaker, the Speaker does not even have to be a member of Congress.
