It’s better to have a little meat on your bones by the time you’re in your mid 70s. By that point you’re stronger and recover from injuries and illnesses better than thin withering away old people. If you make it through your 60s being chubby without stroking out or having a massive heart attack you’re better off. Making it there is the challenge, though.
CNN Health headline: Thin is in but fat might be better: “"Once you are in your 70s, 80s or 90s, or if you have chronic disease like heart failure, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic lung and kidney disease, a larger body size gives you longevity," he said.”
AARP headline: Packing extra pounds may keep you healthier after 80.
Jokes on Nancy. The God Emperor is large and in charge and here to stay.

Obesity and morbid obesity are medical definitions, not a matter of your opinion by sizing him up on TV in a suit. If we take Trump at his word, he meets the criteria for obesity, but not morbid obesity.
