I love TD.com legal analysis. Somehow we have like 50 federal prosecutors here.
I work with real (former) federal prosecutors. Their take is usually about 180 degrees different than here.

You're a dumb frick , that indictment is talking about her campaign's server , which is an entirely different server than the one that contained Hillary's missing email server, which contained the missing emails .
We know this MUST be true, because on the date that Donald Trump made that statement, Hillary's email server she used while Sec State was already offline and in possession of the FBI, thus the Russians could NOT have attempted to hack it that day.
I'll say it slower so you're dumb arse can understand The 33,000 missing emails were not on the campaign's server, so no Russia didn't try to hack into Hillary's server. THey allegedly tried to hack into the DNC server (though we have yet to see any proof of that either)

No sir , you are confused. Multiple sources, including Lisa Paige supposedly, have stated that the Chinese hacked Hillary's private email server.

In fact originally no one was claiming her private email server was hacked by the Russians, the original claim in fact was "well it's not that big of a deal, since no one hacked in" remember that? I remember that. Then the story changed to discussion about the DNC servers and Google accounts and those were alleged to have been hacked by the Russians (though no one outside of Crowdstrike knows for certain) and then slowly it shifted to "the Russians hacked Hillary's private email server"
In fact yall have gotten so confused and dishonest you have now accused the Russians of attempting to hack a server for Trump even though that server was offline and int he custody of the FBI at the time that they supposedly tried to hack into it for Trump.
Wouldn't simply having told the truth "Hillary you lost cuz you suck" been simpler?
