The solution is easy then.
Muslims never assimilate anywhere. For thousands of years. That makes them in a classification of those that will not assimilate.
No race or religion need be involved.

There is no way in the world that could become a reality. Even this SCOTUS would unwind and outlaw such nonsense. Designating a religion as a political movement is not something a legislature or administration can do. And what states have successfully “banned communism”, anyway?

You confuse correlation with causation. Muslims did not move en masse into the West until the 1990s and then sped up in the latter 2000s and into the 2010s (thanks, Obama) when we imported a ton of them here and they invaded Europe. In the last 25 years we've gone from no US cities having Islamic daily prayer calls being publicly broadcast in the city to now there being a handful of them. In the last 20 years we've gone from there never having been a single Muslim member of Congress (in either chamber) to there now being four. Hell, there wasn't even a Muslim mayor in any US city until 1991.
You're acting as if this has been going on since the country was founded, when the truth is that it's only just starting.
So, again, I'm waiting for you to provide a 3rd option which has actually worked.

The second you do this, you will get a left wing nut from another religion like Mamdami in the White House who does the same thing to Christians. I don’t like the idea of government regulating religion, no matter what you frame it as.
