Nope, in this thread alone. If the original bill so bipartisan, why did the vote go entirely on party lines? If sow dems worked on it, wouldn't they vote for it?

That isn't a handout. A handout usually isn't repaid. This is a loan. A loan given to cruise industry and will be funded by money printed by the Fed Reserve. This is similar to 2008-2009 where the banks had to bailed out by the government. The money was repaid.

This is just a back stop to keep these businesses solvent and out of bankruptcy. The key here is to save thousands of American jobs.

We don't need to turn this crisis into a Depression with mass unemployment. If short term funding by the Government saves jobs and saves certain industries then so be it. As long as the money is repaid I don't care.

You have yet to do that. You came in here with a false premise (Bill was not bipartisan) when everyone who is paying attention knows it was. Hell, your hero Schumer even tweeted this weekend that it was a great bipartisan bill.
