Is this serious? Last thing I heard on twitter from their CEO or founder or whoever was that's they'd be down for 12 hours and be ready to rock and roll by noon on Monday.

Not sure what all 3rd party services they've built into their platform, but there should be alternatives for most of them.
It will mean re-writing large chunks of their software code if more vendors drop them, though.
