Wow!

Hard to believe Western Civilization has surrendered that much.

What a glorious monument to modern liberalism.

Is that woman in the foreground smoking a cigarette and looking at an iPhone? Are you sure this isn't San Francisco?

I guess the liberal dependents are exempt from carbon emissions. Look at all that dirty air.

Actually, tourism is way up. Was just there a couple of months back. Way too many tourists from all parts of the world.

That pic is on the outskirts... and tracks are no longer used, obviously.

Still, it's not the same as it once was. It's a PITA to visit the Eiffel Tower with all the new security measures.

Nah, this is more figurative than literal human excrement.

Was there a year ago and agree its still amazing. Tourism was down last year though - there were hardly any lines.

Will say that we put up some Eastern European family members in a cheap “4-Star” Hotwire hotel N / NW of the city and the metro ride out to help get them settled in the room was scary as hell. Moslems in full regalia getting onto the metro with scowls and backpacks that could have contained anything. I comforted myself by saying to myself that they wouldn’t blow up a car containing so many of their fellow Moslems.

That’s a gypsy village

LINK

quote:

Politicians including France’s Socialist Prime Minister, Manuel Valls, have publicly branded them as foreigners who ‘cannot integrate’ in the French way of life. Mr Valls has continued a policy started by former president Nicolas Sarkozy of razing Roma camps, and trying to deport as many of their occupants as possible. But this has led to protests from a number of human rights groups, including Amnesty International, which points out that most Roma in France are Romanian or Bulgarian and as such are EU citizens with the right to live and work in the country.

Def a gypsy village - the migrants from Africa wouldn’t have such a neat looking row of houses and there’d be litter strewn throughout the picture
