I think that the last couple of years have proven definitively that blacks think that mob justice > than jury justice.
A very odd position for a group of people that once were on the receiving end of mob justice more often than anyone would like to discuss and as well, a group that commits a VASTLY disproportionate amount of crimes that might lead a mob to want justice.
Do blacks REALLY want this concept taken to its logical conclusion cause I'm here to tell you, a lot more blacks are going to be on the receiving end of the negative results than whites if whites ever decide that this is going to be THEIR approach to things when blacks kill white people for no f'n reason.

They have convinced themselves it is just a case of the shoe being on the other foot and it is time for Whitey to feel what their people felt when Whitey did it to them.

But damn, in a negative interaction between a white and a black, the odds of it being violence committed by the white are WAY lower than the other way around. If blacks actually got their way and created a world where one could simply demand a trial by popular opinion...........well, that's just not a place they want to go. Cause EVENTUALLY, white folks just might find a reason to reverse the tables.(or hell, hispanics cause don't look now blacks, but you're being overtaken demographically)

From my limited base of knowledge, I agree with this.
There was some bad parenting going on somewhere, but at least Travon's mother tried to get him away from the bad influences. That is a plus in my opinion.
Mike's father has made normal statements.
I give all of them plenty of latitude when it is their sons lying in the morgue. The bitch mother of MB gets no points.

In the case of black violence on white people and theft of white people's property, the black community has rationalized that Whitey is just getting a taste of the violence Whitey did to black people and that Blacks are getting back some of the property Whitey stole from them.
This is what they mean when they say, "By any means necessary".

Based on their demeanor in the photo, they are probably convicted felons and if they are then the answer is "no" they cannot legally own guns.

Well, they got this right. And it's exactly why good folk in America have gunned up over the last few years. Just like in Ferguson...the Law might choose not to show up and do what we pay them for. Or even Katrina for that matter. Heathens aren't picky as to a reason to loot; but at least they are predictable.
I pray to God a REAL Black leader shows up; but I fear they'd only be rejected for the demagogues.

look I'm in med school right now and i think you have to be pretty smart to get in here...there are plenty of black people here in medical school and none of them are rioting or speaking out etc about the injustice of the mike brown case
these black men and women are smart, well educated, free thinkers that do not blindly support their own race before hearing the facts
take that for what you will but it's a very interesting observation I've made

I mean, I'm not rioting and carrying on either. Not saying black people like me deserve a cookie or anything, just chafing at this foolish outdated notion that there need to be "black leaders." Black people aren't some mindless conglomerate in need of singular leadership. quote:

And that's the other thing. Not to pick on you, but I see so often when a case like this comes up where if a minority doesn't buy into the victimhood line, they're betraying their race. Again, I'm talking about independent thinkers like the AA's with whom you consort in med school. Folks who review the facts of this and any case and don't mindlessly regurgitate the rhetoric one way or another because they share a similar melanin count to the individual in question.
