They are getting EXACTLY what they voted for.
That is not how dems roll.
They voted for the way they wanted everyone else to live , not how they themselves should live.

Wait until he freezes rent and raises property taxes at the same time. Abandoned buildings and fires will happen again.
NYC will look unrecognizable in 3 years. Bank on it. But real estate and rent will be cheap. It will be worse than Detroit in the late 90s/early 2000s as far as vacant, dilapidating buildings and homes. Property owners there are about to lose their asses big time.

It wont be that bad. I doubt this guy accomplishes anything of value.

I was thinking along the lines of every hardline, loyal, voting Dem in NYC being forced to house and shelter one homeless person and one illegal alien.
That would prove their concern and caring for the folks they love so much.

Hugo Chavez did exactly this in Venezuela.
If you had empty rooms in your house they would assign random people to live there. If you protested they'd simply let the house be overrun by squatters.

Great. So the tax payers get to pay for the lawsuit while the people who don"t pay taxes get richer

Communism is wonderful until you become subject to it.

Those idiots would vote for him again today because he’s just Different.

Only 730 people voted? In a district of roughly 50-60 thousand. What am I misunderstanding?

Liberals vote because of feelings, not policy.
And they wonder why this shite keeps happening.

The greatest threat to our democracy is an ignorant voter. And that description fits most of the voters who back the evil-assed Democrats.

The parable of the frog and the scorpion tells the story of a scorpion that asks a frog to carry it across a river.
Despite the frog's initial hesitation due to the scorpion's nature, it agrees, only to be stung midway across, leading to their mutual demise, illustrating that some individuals cannot resist their harmful instincts, even at their own expense.

In all fairness, it could be members of the 30% who didn't vote for him that are leading this suit. In NYC, I imagine that's a significant group of people.
I don't understand why republicans in NYC don't get out entirely.
