The point is, as you can read there, these abusers were doing this to multiple girls. It's a rape gang culture. This is how they get off. They're taking as many victims as they can.
So it isn't a "if each of these men raped one girl per year" type of deal. They're raping MANY girls. As many as they can.

What year was it that the German government swept the mass New Year's Eve rape event under the rug.
