If Obama is getting less than 100... I don’t believe the polls at all. Say what you will about Obama, but unlike Biden and Kamala, he knows how to put on a rally. Even I’d be somewhat curious to hear Obama talked if he came out here to Denver just to see a former living President. That is horrific for Biden.

You have to give some allowance to the fact that they are actively telling their supporters to stay home and avoid crowds or die. They think this is the right messaging. I'm sure they would have crowds if they wanted them.

At the car rallies?? Hard to envision, restricting attendance for that. Seems to me they'd be taking all comers for purposes of appearances.
