When you wire large amounts of money there is a list of mandatory questions that you must answer. "Were you promised a large lottery payoff for wiring this money?" Etc. I always laughed at these and wondered what morons fell for the weakest and most obvious of cons. Damn guys...

What is it he is seeking to get out of this eloborate scheme? What's the big payoff once it's all said and done?
