I'm confused how you don't know that he was flat broke. His dad gave him 400 million that he illegally avoided taxes on. When you wire large amounts of money there is a list of mandatory questions that you must answer. "Were you promised a large lottery payoff for wiring this money?" Etc. I always laughed at these and wondered what morons fell for the weakest and most obvious of cons. Damn guys...
