As sad as it is to say, I can say with near certainty that she has had former friends and colleagues disown her for saying something decent about Trump.
ETA: Sure enough, the comments on her tweet are virtually all bitching about Trump. I couldn't imagine how sordid and aimless your life must be if that's the only response you can muster to someone with brain cancer receiving an encouragement letter from the POTUS.

What's wrong with the signatures? It clearly states "Donald John Trump, God-Emperor of the United States" and "Melania Knauss Trump, Goddess-Empress of the United States."
