We know it doesn’t matter. Drug dealer’s dad called in a favor to get special treatment for his son. And that’s worth celebrating because the drug dealer’s dad is a Republican.

Seeking to understand the "why" of something isn't the same as supporting it. I wouldn't expect you to understand the difference, though... nuance isn't exactly your forte.
