Depends on how you define - win.
I think what will happen is China/Russia will gain the diplomatic advantage (since there has been no real effort at diplomacy by the US/West EU lately.) Ukraine, will agree to a cease fire brokered by China and eventually Ukraine will cede the territory obtained by Russia.
The remaining majority of Ukraine will join NATO anyway with the understanding that they must not allow western nukes into their country, or Russia will consider it an escalation.
