I’ve never liked her, if you remember back to her campaign her campaign never mentioned the administration of the Jail or serving subpoenas (the traditional jobs of a sheriff) her qualifications stemmed from being a police monitor and her statements that her grandfather suffered police brutality in Texas.
She never impressed me as malicious, she did impress me as being stupid. I guess we will see.

It took the feds years to build a case to indict Latoya, who brazenly broke the law and flaunted her booty (pun intended). Temu Trump’s team investigated Hutson for less than a year and they came up with this.
Bianca Brown is the person who discovered the grants manager embezzled tens of thousands of dollars in federal grant dollars 18ish months ago and turned him in when she took over as CFO.
Hutson made a lot of mistakes but I don’t see these sticking. No one questions why Gusman opened dozens of bank accounts when he was sheriff and left them for Hutson to inherit and untangle.

Black women in power seem to get in legal trouble at a higher rate than other groups.....I wonder why?
