Maybe so, and maybe probably so.
However, it will not stick due to anyone with a functioning and rational brain knows what happened on J-6 and it WAS NOT an insurrection.
The most armed people in the world were UNARMED and part of a Mostly Peaceful protest and went home after a couple of hours.
Some damned insurrection.
