Didn’t this happen like 6 months ago? Am I actually in Groundhog Day?
Yes, back in July. It was the culmination of a 2+ year long investigation. There was a thread here that got very little attention.

My question is. When do we start getting our money back from all this fraud?

Imagine how much lower our insurance premiums could be without fraud.

I didn't recognize the news source but found this on the DOJ website DOJ.gov
I'm as mad as anyone, they all need to hang, but this was released last summer. Why hasn't the media been making this a big story? This is the first I'm hearing about it.
Edit: I see some others did the same. Hoodatt beat me to it.

PPV. We'll get rid of the deficit in no time.
I want to see fricking arrests at airports and border crossings as these criminal fricks try to escape.

The MSM doing what they always do....hide the crimes of leftists...shout lawfare against conservatives.
If Trump had any balls at all, he would jail all the media moguls and leave them there until the end of his term....just like Lincoln did.

People should hang but I’m not shocked.
About the only decent thing done under Obama/Holder was that they went after similar fraud. They prosecuted thousands of people in cases of healthcare fraud, with something like $15B recovered. The problem is that the average prison time (for those who got such a sentence) was only ~4 years (some far more, some less, some with more but commuted).
I bring this up to show that it's a big problem, it has been for a long time and apparently the current penalties aren't enough to dissuade others from trying it.

Operation Gold Rush involved 11 individuals charged in the largest health care fraud case by loss amount ever prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice, with $10.6 billion in fraudulent Medicare claims tied to durable medical equipment (DME) fraud.
The defendants are:
Imam Nakhmatullaev
Svjatoslav Jakovlev
Eric Juergens
Jaan Juergens
Ilja Karunas
Juri Karunas
Jason Onoufrienko
Renek Tiku
Vladislav Turaskin
Kevin Valdhans
Vjatseslav Zogolev
These individuals were part of a transnational criminal organization based in Russia and other countries. They allegedly purchased dozens of U.S. medical supply companies, used stolen identities of over 1 million Americans, and submitted false claims for items like urinary catheters and glucose monitors.

Because the "fraud" meme didn't hit the echo chamber until a few months ago, which is why you're seeing all the recycled content on it.
Remember, even as far as Somali fraud in MN goes, Biden's DOJ still has the largest win and that got 0 play on here.

Healthcare fraud is always a reliable source of press conferences/indictments for any admin.

Fraud Method: A transnational criminal organization, allegedly based in Russia and involving individuals from Estonia, Kazakhstan, and other countries, purchased dozens of legitimate U.S. medical supply companies. Using foreign straw owners and stolen identities of over 1.2 million Americans, they submitted fake claims for durable medical equipment—primarily urinary catheters and glucose monitors—billing Medicare for implausible quantities.
Law Enforcement Response: Federal agents shifted from a "pay and chase" model to real-time fraud detection, using data analytics and AI to flag suspicious claims. This allowed them to freeze over $5.5 billion in payments, preventing the fraudsters from accessing all but approximately $41 million of the $4.45 billion scheduled for disbursement.
Arrests and Charges: 19 defendants were charged, with 12 arrested—including four apprehended in Estonia and others at U.S. borders and airports as they attempted to flee. Charges included health care fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering. The proceeds were laundered through cryptocurrency, shell companies, and U.S. banks.
Impact and Legacy: Although Medicare itself lost little due to preventive measures, Medicare supplemental insurers paid out approximately $900 million. The operation has prompted the development of a new Health Care Fraud Data Fusion Center to enhance real-time fraud detection nationwide.

That is a huge discrepancy from what is claimed in the OP.
I followed the link in the OP and it provides zero details. No who, what, where or when.
