Why are you all so damn sure there will not be an economic downturn. They happen, its cyclical. Someone comes on and predicts it and you folks go nuts. NAH NAH NAN NAH NAH nothing bad will ever happen.
I have got my main retirement and other investment stuff in medium risk funds. I do have a decent amount of bank stocks, but those will come back up after a while. Plus banks are too big to fail!!
In my own play accounts, I have mostly sin stocks. I may move some of that around. I have like 10-15 years before I retire so I am not going to panic and liquidate everything.
Maybe I should buy gold and silver like those ads that are always on the news channels for old people.
Been getting into some AI investments. I don't know how they will deal with a downturn as this is new territory. We'll see, I guess.

Good news is you probably have until early 2027 after anthropic and open ai IPO and the exit is open for them.
