Only 2% of people hospitalized in Los Angeles are white. 70% hispanic

How many of those “Hispanic” are recent immigrants or had contact with recent immigrants?
It is booming south of the border and those illegals are much more likely to have contact with other Hispanics than whites.

I worked in ICU at Los Angeles County hospital back in 2007/08 and 90-95% of the pts and families spoke no English. Translator was always on standby.

The funny thing all these racial disparities in COVID highlight is the reality that it is but ONE MORE EXAMPLE of the cultural divide.
The disparity exists for exactly the same reason there is a disparity in crime rate among groups.

To be honest, I don't.
I could have predicted that for you in March.
Minorities don't follow rules. It's why more of them are in jail.
Hell, I don't even like the rules. And, I NEVER wear a mask. But, still, in public, I do others the courtesy of giving them their six feet. Don't shake their hands. Etc etc.
Also, well, to be blunt, I have a job.
Meanwhile, I can guarantee you that for the average person in the ghetto, not one fricking thing has changed whatsoever.
